At J COOL CONCEPTS SDN BHD, we started our journey in 2016 as J COOL Air Conditioning Company in Kuching. From the beginning, our mission was clear, to provide reliable and professional air conditioning solutions for both homes and businesses in Sarawak.
Over the years, we have grown from a small local service provider into a trusted one-stop company, expanding beyond aircond supply, installation, and servicing to include electrical works, renovation projects, and the supply of aircond tools and materials. In 2021, to reflect this wider scope and our commitment to innovation, we evolved into J COOL CONCEPTS SDN BHD.
Today, by completing over 100 projects and serving satisfied clients, our company continues to deliver comfort, quality, and peace of mind to our clients across the residential and commercial sectors.

Stephen Tan
Founder & CEO
Stephen Tan brings over 20 years of experience in the air conditioning industry. His career began in Kuala Lumpur in 2003, where he built strong technical expertise. Later, in Singapore, he broadened his skills in both operations and business management, gaining valuable international exposure.
In 2015, Stephen returned to Kuching with a vision to build something of his own. The following year, he founded J COOL Air Conditioning Company, laying the foundation for what would later become J COOL CONCEPTS SDN BHD. His dedication to excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth remains the driving force behind our success today.
